- Evaluation and selection
A detailed evaluation by two experts is an essential part of the publication process at the AIA-SEAS Library. Our peer review is generally double-blind, unless the reviewer wishes to share their identity with the author, in which case we do so through the open science procedure. We follow the Best Practices for Peer Review process.
Book projects generally undergo two rounds of peer review: the first on the initial draft of the manuscript, and the second on the revised version after the peer review.
Once approved by both reviews, the preparation process for publication begins.
